About the role

Lead each patient's care from the first evaluation onward. You'll build plans around movement, strength and function, guide the treatment team, and help every patient understand what comes next.

What you’ll do

  • Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
  • Establish clear, functional goals with each patient, built around the activities they want to get back to.
  • Design and update plans of care using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and modalities.
  • Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and aides in line with New Jersey requirements.
  • Teach home exercise programs so patients know exactly what to do between visits.
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
  • Communicate with referring providers and the clinic team as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • An active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
  • Sound clinical judgment and a clear, respectful way of explaining things.
  • Reliable documentation habits and follow-through.

Nice to have

  • Outpatient orthopedic experience
  • EMR experience
  • Hindi, Gujarati or Punjabi
