About the role

Help people get back to the everyday activities that matter to them, at home, at work and in their community. You'll evaluate function, build practical plans and work closely with the Physical Therapy team.

What you’ll do

  • Evaluate functional needs and develop Occupational Therapy plans of care.
  • Provide treatment that connects directly to daily tasks and routines.
  • Teach strategies and home programs patients can use between visits.
  • Coordinate with the Physical Therapy team and referring providers.
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.

What you’ll bring

  • An active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license.
  • Practical, person-centered problem solving.
  • Dependable communication, documentation and teamwork.

Nice to have

  • Outpatient or hand-therapy experience
  • Hindi, Gujarati or Punjabi
