About the role

Carry out each patient's plan of care alongside the supervising Physical Therapist. You'll spend most of your day hands-on with patients, coaching exercises and noticing the details that help the plan stay on track.

What you’ll do

  • Provide treatment under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist, following the established plan of care.
  • Guide patients through exercises and correct form with clear, encouraging instruction.
  • Observe and document how patients respond during each visit.
  • Report changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist promptly.
  • Help keep treatment areas and equipment ready and safe.

What you’ll bring

  • An active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license.
  • Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, patient-focused working style.

Nice to have

  • Outpatient orthopedic experience
  • EMR experience
  • Hindi, Gujarati or Punjabi
